Product Description
This flame laminating machine is used for the laminating for sponge/foam to many other materials such as woven or non woven fabrics, knitted, natural or synthetic fabrics, velvet, plush, polar fleece, corduroy, leathter, synthetic leather, PVC, etc.
The sponge can also be entirely melt as an adhesive for the laminating of two other materials.

Working Process:
a. Flame lamination is a process that adheres material to the surface of the fire-retardant foam or EVA.
b. Melt the fire-retardant foam or EVA by spraying flame, and there will be a layer of sticky stuff on the surface of it.
c. Then, quickly press the material against the foam or EVA.
d. The water cooling system well strengthen the laminating effect.
e. Viscosity and fastness depend on the choice of materials and the processing conditions.
f. Accumulators are used in this machine, greatly improve the process of continuous production.

3. Two storage and conveyer belt ensure the materials keep feeding into the laminating part with no stop when replacing material roller, greatly raise the production effiency.
